Land in Anthony

Anthony is north of Ocala along the US 441 and I-75 side of Marion County. Buyers come here for rural homesites and for land near the broader horse-farm area, without assuming every tract is a farm.

The useful split is subdivision lot versus open acreage. A lot in a recorded plat may have paved access and private rules. A nearby acreage tract may have a county road, a longer utility run, and fewer private rules, or the reverse. Read the restrictions either way.
